Hong Kong Shipping
SORELVIQ currently offers shipping to Hong Kong. Standard shipping is approximately HK$55. Free shipping applies from approximately HK$370, with the exact amount and eligibility shown at checkout.
Order Processing
After your order is placed, it is prepared for fulfilment. Processing time can vary by product and fulfilment partner. Once your order has entered fulfilment, changes may no longer be possible.
Estimated Delivery
Any delivery estimate available for your order will be shown during the ordering process or with your shipment information. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, local delivery conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, the tracking information will be added to your order after the shipment has been processed.
Multiple Packages
Products in the same order may be fulfilled by different partners. This means one order can arrive in more than one package and packages may arrive at different times.
Address Changes
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee an address change once fulfilment has started.
