RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be satisfied with your SORELVIQ purchase. If you would like to request a return, please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the correct return instructions for your order.
RETURN REQUESTS
Please include your order number when requesting a return. Returns are reviewed individually and must follow the return instructions provided by SORELVIQ.
RETURN CONDITION
Where reasonably possible, returned items should be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
Certain products may be excluded from return where permitted by applicable law, including products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after being opened or used.
RETURN SHIPPING FEE
A HK$55 return shipping fee applies to standard eligible returns.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the product and packaging where relevant. The standard HK$55 return shipping fee will not apply where SORELVIQ determines that the item arrived damaged.
NO RESTOCKING FEE
SORELVIQ does not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.
DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS
Please do not send products directly to a supplier, fulfilment partner or any other address unless SORELVIQ has provided you with the correct return instructions.
The return destination may vary depending on the product and fulfilment route.
REFUNDS
Once an eligible return has been received and reviewed, any approved refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Where applicable, the HK$55 return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
GIFT CARD PAYMENTS
If an order was paid using a SORELVIQ Gift Card, any approved refund will be returned to the gift card used for the original purchase.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, contact SORELVIQ promptly after delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging where relevant.
We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next step.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
